Public works concession for the design, construction, financing, management and operation of a multipurpose aquatic complex in Lessines.

The tenderer is obliged to integrate an offer covering both phases, under penalty of absolute nullity of his tender.

The design / construction phase:

The concessionaire designs and builds a complex for the contracting authority, contracting authority, on the basis of the project which is the subject of his tender and for which he assumes responsibility.

The construction phase includes in any case the destruction of the pool building currently closed and the transfer of boilers still present in this building to the technical facilities of the sports complex currently in operation.

The exploitation phase:

The successful bidder manages, for and on behalf of the contracting authority, the technical and commercial operation of the future complex and the maintenance of the infrastructure for a period of 30 years. The exploitation will be limited to the only swimming pool.

The special specifications have the particularity of giving the bidders great freedom in the choice of technical and architectural solutions to offer.
