The City Council of Skanderborg Municipality has decided to build a new 3 track school for 0.-6. grades and

a new daycare center for 150 children in Ry. The new school and daycare centre will be built on an area adjacent to the

existing Ry Haller. The building will be built at the address Thorsvej, 8660 Ry (at Ry Hallerne).

The present tender includes a turnkey contract for the design and construction of the building for Skanderborg Municipality (hereinafter referred to as the client).

The City Council has also decided to incorporate an option to establish a Multi-purpose Hall in

turnkey contract. Any exercise of the option presupposes that the further budget process can be found

funding for this.

The tendered turnkey contract includes the design and execution of a new School and Day Care Centre in Ry.

The tender specifications contain a detailed description of the task and the tender process, and the other material contains a description of the scope of the task.

Unless Skanderborg Municipality chooses to award the task on the basis of the initial tenders, a negotiation process will be carried out in which the tenderers will be invited to parallel negotiation meetings, which will be documented, cf. the description in the tender specifications. Skanderborg Municipality intends to use shortlisting in the negotiation process.
