The aim of this joint public European tender of three municipalities in West Twente (Hellendoorn, Rijssen-Holten and Wierden) is to provide an assignment to one contractor per plot for the purpose of asphalt maintenance from 2022 and onwards. The tender is divided into a plot per municipality, namely: plot 1 municipality Hellendoorn, plot 2 municipality of Rijssen-Holten and plot 3 municipality of Wierden.

The term of the assignment is 2 years, and it is optionally unilaterally by extending the client for two times one year, with the last optional period ending no later than 31 December (formally less than 1 year).
