Collection of non-segregated (mixed) waste, including residues from sorting municipal waste, selectively collected waste, i.e. bio-waste, metal, plastics, multi-material packaging, paper and glass, as well as collection and management of other selectively collected municipal waste from the owners of properties where residents from the Miejsce Piastowe Municipality live

1) Collection of municipal waste, defined below, generated in the Commune of Place Piastowe:

originating from the owners of the property on which the inhabitants reside, collected in bags:

- unsegregated (mixed) waste, including residues from municipal waste sorting,

- separately collected bio-waste, metals, plastics, multi-material packaging, paper and glass.

2) Collection and management of municipal waste, generated in the area of the Miejsce Piastowe Commune, coming from the owners of properties where residents live, collected in bags and collected in a selective manner - ash.

3) Collection of the following municipal waste, generated in the area of the Miejsce Piastowe Commune, from the owners of properties where residents live as part of the so-called mobile waste collection: waste collected in selective collection containers belonging to the contracting authority, plastics, metal, multi-material packaging, paper collected in containers for selective collection, belonging to the contractor.

4) Collection and management of the following municipal waste, generated in the Miejsce Piastowe Commune, from the owners of properties where residents live as part of the so-called mobile waste collection: expired medicines and chemicals, waste electrical and electronic equipment, waste batteries and accumulators, furniture and other bulky waste.

5) Collection of the following selectively collected municipal waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point located in the Commune of Miejsce Piastowe in Targowiska, on plot No. 1096/1: plastics, multi-material packaging, metal, paper and glass,

6) Collection and management of the following selectively collected municipal waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point located in the Municipality of Miejsce Piastowe in the town of Targowiska, on plot No. 1096/1: waste electrical and electronic equipment, waste batteries and accumulators, expired medicines and chemicals, hazardous waste, furniture and other bulky waste, used tires, construction and demolition waste constituting municipal waste, waste not eligible as household medical waste resulting from the ingestion of injectable medicinal products and the monitoring of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes.

7) Collection of municipal waste from containers for selective collection located in the municipality of Miejsce Piastowe, i.e. green (belonging to the contracting authority) glass waste, including glass packaging waste, yellow (belonging to the contractor) waste combined: metals and plastics, including metal waste and metal packaging waste, plastic waste, including plastic packaging waste and multi-material packaging waste, blue (contractor's) paper waste, including cardboard, paper packaging waste and cardboard packaging waste.

8) Achieving certain levels of recycling and preparing for re-use of the following fractions of municipal waste: paper, metals, plastics and glass, achieving certain levels of recycling, preparing for re-use and recovery by other methods of non-hazardous construction and demolition waste, as well as reducing the weight of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill, in accordance with the disposition, Articles 3b and 3c of the UCPG.

9) Keeping documentation related to the activities covered by the contract, i.e. m.in. submitting reports to the contracting authority, in accordance with the disposition of Article 9n of the UCPG.

10) Control of property owners in the field of municipal waste collection in a manner inconsistent with the regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Municipality of Miejsce Piastowe.
