Transport and start-up service for shredded green waste deriving from separate collection of municipal waste (C.E.R. 020107, 190701, 200201)

The service concerns transport, from the Regional HR and similar treatment center of Brissogne and the treatment of shredded green waste deriving from the separate collection of municipal waste coming from from separate collection carried out in the territory of the Aosta Valley Region.

Waste and second raw materials covered by the service derive from the separate collection of green waste from the entire regional territory of the Aosta Valley.

The person in charge of the service (Contractor) must ensure that the transport and treatment service is carried out from the first day of its start. In this regard, the Contractor will not be able to make reservations or requests for higher compensation beyond what is offered during the tender.

The entity in charge of the service must provide for the transport and treatment of the flow of green waste shredded by the Brissogne Regional Center (AO) without being able to complain or make reservations about the quality and composition of the waste itself.

The Contractor must provide for the transport and treatment of the waste conferred and/or the second raw material and may not in any case refuse it, nor object to the quality and composition of the waste itself .
