The target of the procurement is structural design services at the Customer's sites.
The duration of the framework agreement is 3 years, after which it is possible (options) to extend the contract one year at once (1+ 1 yrs) for a total of two years.
The planning service's assignments mainly relate to the new construction, modification and improvement of the Customer's power plants, heating and cooling plants, energy storage facilities, substations, switching plants, underground plants and rock tunnels.
The subjects of the assignments are the structural design of the above-mentioned premises.
The estimated value of the acquisition is EUR 250,000 (VAT 0 %) per year.
The maximum estimated value of services to be provided under the framework agreement in five (5) years is EUR 1,250,000 (VAT 0%).
Orders placed by a subscriber based on a framework agreement are, on average, small repair-related orders between approximately EUR 5,000 and EUR 50,000 (VAT 0 %) per order. Individual assignments may be bigger.
The acquisition includes joint procurement. Helen Ltd's subsidiaries, such as Helen Sähköverkko Oy, Oy Mankala Ab and Helsingin Energiatunnelit Oy, have the right to place assignments under the terms of the future framework agreement.
The service's assignments are mainly related to the needs of Helen Ltd and its subsidiary Helen Sähköverkko Oy. Helen Ltd's other subsidiaries place orders to a limited extent.
The subscriber selects at least three (3), up to five (5) vendors for the framework arrangement.
Supplier accessibility: The site of the future contractor must be located in such a way that designers have the opportunity to stay in two (2) hours at the invitation of the subscriber at the customer's locations in the Helsinki metropolitan area. Em. because the supplier must be able to visit the work site for a check-up of data, verification of plans, and installation and delivery supervision.
Orders/Orders based on a framework agreement under this Agreement are made by the Subscriber, in principle, on the basis of the order in which the framework contract competition is located. The customer has the right to deviate from the order of location when the design site is subject to special expertise needs or if the previous design experience of a supplier can be utilised in the design of the site. From. In addition, when placing orders, the customer has the right to take into account the adequacy of the resources known to the Supplier within the required timeframe and to select the most appropriate supplier for each of the suppliers selected for the position in accordance with the order.
The contract does not contain a minimum or quantity purchase obligation. The agreement does not constitute an exclusive right to the services provided for in the contract.
