Through this procurement, IVO is seeking consultants / consultants who can identify and implement the development of the authority into an agile organization. The work begins with the authority management and the IT unit.

Assignments may be performed throughout Sweden, but mainly at the locations where IVO has offices; Stockholm, Malmö, Gothenburg, Jönköping, Örebro and Umeå.

IVO's IT support will be developed and renewed in a way that supports continuous development and streamlining of workflows. IVO has a completely outsourced environment that is provided by several suppliers. IVO has decided to liquidate PM3 organization and instead work more with agile methods, as part of this, an embryo for product ownership has been initiated. The IT unit consists of a few employees, which requires a high presence and participation from the suppliers. The unit is staffed with expertise in business development, information management and supplier control. In the development work, IT and suppliers need to be able to work together, but also in the daily work with management and control of deliveries to IVO.
