The contracting entity operates a number of asylum centres in agreement with the Danish state. The contracting entity is responsible for the practical effort, and the centres contain everything needed to make everyday life work. The lots that the Contracting Entity wishes to conclude with this tender shall support the Contracting Entity's practical efforts. In this connection, the contracting entity wishes to enter into a total of 5 sub-agreements, which have the character of framework agreements, concerning the delivery of food to residents at Center Avnstrup and the delivery of food to commercial kitchens at asylum center Sandholm. The delivery of food to commercial kitchens at asylum centre Sandholm is divided into four framework agreements, each within their own food area.

The contracting entity wishes to enter into a partial agreement, which has the character of a framework agreement, concerning the supply of food to residents at Center Avnstrup. At the time of the tender, this is delivery to up to 40 families. In view of the uncertainty surrounding the asylum system, including the number of refugees received in Denmark, the tenderer should expect that there may be minor and greater fluctuations in the number of families and thus the number of deliveries.

The contracting entity wishes to enter into a partial agreement, which has the character of a framework agreement, concerning the supply of food consisting of fruit and vegetables to the kitchen at asylum centre Sandholm. At the time of the tender, it is a question of delivery to 1 kitchen. In view of the uncertainty surrounding the asylum system, including the number of refugees received in Denmark, the ordering party can extend or reduce the number of delivery addresses with 7 days' notice.
