1. The subject of the contract is the printing and delivery of 3000 pcs. wall calendars, 2300 pcs. book calendars and 8,000 pcs. publications of the Malopolska Region.
2. The order is divided into 3 parts:
1 part – printing and delivery of wall calendars,
2nd part – printing and delivery of book calendars,
Part 3 – printing and delivery of publications.
3. The terms of performance of the contract and a detailed description of the subject of the contract are contained in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be introduced into the contract contract – model contract and constitute, respectively, for part 1, Annex 1C to swz, for part 2, Annex 1D to swz, for part 3, Annex 1E to swz (hereinafter referred to as the model contract).
Printing and delivery of wall calendars - part 1 of the order1. The subject of the contract is the printing and delivery of 3000 pcs. wall calendars.
2. The terms of performance of the contract and a detailed description of the subject of the contract are included in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be introduced into the public procurement contract – contract template and constitute for part 1 Annex 1C to the SWZ (hereinafter referred to as the model contract).
3. Pursuant to the instruction resulting from Article 95 of the Act, the contracting authority shall specify that it does not require the contractor or subcontractor to employ persons performing activities in the field of contract performance on the basis of an employment relationship, consisting in performing work in the manner specified in Article 22 §1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 – Labour Code (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1510).
Printing and delivery of book calendars - part 2 of the order1. The subject of the order is printing and delivery of 2300 pcs. book calendars.
