The tender concerns a contract for the supply of installation and service of rat traps at regional, municipal and private institutions in Aalborg Municipality.Below is an overview of the number of rat traps and properties to which rat protection relates. Public institutions: 540 rat traps spread over 230 propertiesPrivate institutions: 162 rat traps spread over 70 propertiesHospital South and North, Aalborg: 90 rat traps in total at 2 locationsHospital New Aalborg University Hospital (NAU), Aalborg: Estimated 340 rat traps distributed at 1 location. Establishment of rat traps at NAU: Over the next few years, rat traps will be established at NAU. The time horizon is a bit uncertain, i.e. the exact number of rat barriers per year, as the construction is subject to the North Denmark Region, but rat barriers must certainly be established in the property during the contract period as parts of the construction are put into use. Existing properties must be sewered separately as appropriate, with which additional rat barriers must be erected so that both wastewater and rainwater pipes are secured. This is included in the above, as this is considered to be part of the general operation. There may be new properties that must have rat traps installed, and there will also be properties where the operation of the institution ceases, so that rat traps must be removed. This is considered to be evenly distributed, and thus is not increasing the task, or minimization.
