The purpose of this consultation is to select companies responsible for providing coach services with drivers, and related services, on behalf of the Organising Committee of the France 2023 World Cup. The administrative and technical clauses of this contract are detailed in this SPC. Pursuant to Article R.2162-4 of the Public Procurement Code, the Contract takes the form of a single-awarded framework agreement (per lot), with no minimum in value or quantity and with a maximum value of 1,150,000? (H.T.).
