Utlendingsnemnda (UNE) [the Immigration Appeals Board] currently operates an archive in our own premises, but from summer 2020 will have smaller office premises. The purpose of the procurement is therefore to enter into a contract for secure storage of UNE's archives. The contract will safeguard storage and document management in-line with the applicable Archive Act, Archive Regulation, the Directorate for Cultural Heritage's regulation and laws about management of personal information.
