Description:
Security-creating technology for residents in nursing homes and functional support

The procurement covers the delivery of security-creating technology in special housing (Social Services Act, elderly care) and in functional support (Act on Support and Service to Certain Disabled People, LSS). The purpose of the procurement is to sign an agreement with a supplier who will deliver security-creating technology with functions that can be adapted to the tenant's individual needs.

Basic functions such as the tenant being able to actively initiate a need for help should be included. The service should also have functions to draw attention to danger or need for help in various ways without the individual actively initiating this. In the event of an alarm, the function in the service should indicate the position where help needs have arisen. A remote supervision function must be available in the service. From a personnel perspective, important functions are alarm acknowledgement, attendance marking, alarm prioritization and being able to call for collegial help. The alarms generated by the service should be managed by employees via smart devices.
