the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations wishes to conclude a Service Agreement with one service provider for a Workspace Management System (hereinafter: WMS), for the delivery, implementation, maintenance and management of this WMS. The intention is for the Agreement to enter into force in April 2023.

To support the employee in this flexible way of working, a Workspace Management System (WMS) is indispensable. A WMS ensures that Rijkscollega's can find each other and the locations. Also from an organizational perspective, a WMS is an important link towards the working environment of the future. The system helps to tailor the services and layout of the workplace to the needs of the government employee. In this way, we are taking the next step in our ambitions for the National Service 2022 and Grenzeloos Samenwerken.
