The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste from owners of residential properties located in the municipality of Łużna. A detailed description of the contract in question is set out in the Material Terms of Reference.

The scope of the contract includes the collection and management of the following waste:

- mixed and segregated (paper, plastics, multi-material packaging and metal, glass, bio waste) arising on residential property,

- mixed and segregated (paper, plastics, multi-material packaging and metal, glass, bio-waste) created in educational establishments of the Łużna commune and buildings owned by the Łużna commune,

- mixed and segregated arising on real property owned by the municipality of Łużna: mixed waste from municipal cemeteries (Łużna, Szalowa, Wola Łużańska and Mszanka), and segregated waste (paper, metal, plastics, glass, multi-material packaging waste, bio waste, hazardous waste, expired drugs and chemicals, household waste not eligible for medical waste as a result of receiving medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes, waste batteries and accumulators, waste electrical and electronic equipment, furniture and other bulky waste, waste tires, renovation and construction waste, textile waste and clothing) from the selective municipal waste collection point located in Wola Łużańska,

- waste resulting from an emergency (e.g. fire, tossing of waste, etc.).

Estimated quantities of waste planned for collection and management during the contract period:

a) mixed - 478 Mg;

b) plastics, metal, multi-material packaging, glass, paper, bio waste - approx. 112 Mg;

c) hazardous waste, expired drugs and chemicals, waste not eligible for medical waste arising in the household as a result of taking medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes, waste batteries and accumulators, waste electrical equipment and electronics, furniture and other bulky waste, waste tires, renovation and construction waste, textile waste and clothing - approx. 105 Mg.

The Purchaser reserves that the amounts given are estimates and are primarily used to estimate the cost of providing the service. Due to the necessity of collecting the amount of waste other than the indicated one, the Contractor will not be able to claim damages.
