We have one underground tank with a capacity of 18,000 liters.

The subject of the order should meet the following qualitative parameters:

— ignition temperature: minimum 55 oC,

— sulphur content: maximum 10 mg/kg,

— cold filter lock temperature maximum in degrees Celsius:

during the transitional period (1 March to 15 April and 1 October to 15

November) — is minus 10 byC, and during the winter (from 16 November to the end

February) — is minus 20 byC,

— density in 15 oC: from 820 to 845 kg/m³,

— viscosity in 40 oC: from 2 to 4.5 mm²/s,

Other qualitative parameters should correspond to the Polish standard PN — EN 590.

The sales unit will be one meter3 at a reference temperature of 15 - C.

For fuels received autocystern, the volume is calculated based on the indications

volumetric flow meter and density at 15- C according to PN-IS.

The purchaser is an agricultural taxpayer and the ordered product will be used for

own needs.

The Contracting Authority stipulates that if the need for the subject is reduced

order, the Ordering Party serves the right to limit the scope

The Contractor will supply diesel in an amount of less than 260 m3.

The purchased fuel will be intended for the Ordering Party's own needs

and will not be intended for further rotation.
