Technical defects in customer systems and systems of the AG are to be recorded on electronic order for counter change via so-called event notes.

After scheduling the counter changes, customer information letters are sent 14 days before the planned date via the working group's order system. If necessary, precise time coordination is to be coordinated with customers via the hotline.

After consultation, the contractor will be provided with the order data in the AG's scheduling software in good time before the start of work. The data is used by the AN for planning and scheduling counter changes.

In order to reconcile the appointment requests, the AN must have a sufficient number of telephone lines in store according to the order volume, which can be reached free of charge to the customer of the AG.

The work must be carried out according to the applicable, generally accepted rules of technology, in particular the relevant DIN standards and technical regulations of DVGW and AGFW, as well as current accident prevention regulations.

The necessary measuring instruments for replacement are to be received from the AG; upgraded devices must be transported to the AG's operating site and delivered daily.
