The contract consists in the renewal of the insurance policies of contracting authorities belonging to a centralized purchasing center, responsible for awarding the contract (art 47 of the law of 17 June 2016). It aims to conclude a framework agreement, without reopening competition, in accordance with Article 43 of the Law of 17 June 2016. After award of the contract, the contracting authorities will, each individually, be responsible for execution. As a result, they will place an order according to their respective needs, throughout the validity period of the contract.
The market is open exclusively to insurance companies approved by the FSMA. This market is a service market.
The technical services to which the services must respond are included in the second part of the specifications.
By its offer, the successful tenderer undertakes to provide the services in accordance with these prescriptions.
