4 year framework to appoint Consultants to fully design and adminster the installation, upgrade and replacement of building services projects.

The framework will consist of Four Consultants; Mechanical Engineering Services, Electrical Engineering Services, Project Management Services inc. CDM Coordination, and Quantity Surveying Services.

The Projects will be wholly concentrated on business critical improvement works to site and building infrastructure and mechanical, electrical and public health services, and builderswork in connection to facilitate these works. Planning and design of temporary decantation strategies for existing Hospital departments during each project is also required.
