Description:
Equipping the Neurological Rehabilitation Department with robotic devices for rehabilitation at the Upper Silesian Children's Health Center in Katowice

The subject of the contract is to equip the Neurological Rehabilitation Department with robotic devices for rehabilitation.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the appendices to the Terms of Reference, i.e. in the assortment and price specifications and in the technical parameters.

The Ordering Party requires that the delivered subject of the contract is brand new, has no traces of use and is not subject to the rights of third parties. The delivered subject of the order will come from current production, will be free from physical and legal defects, of good quality and admitted to trading. In addition, no piece of equipment, or any component thereof, will be reconditioned, post-exhibition and previously used by another entity. In addition, the delivered subject of the contract will have the attestations and certificates required by law.

In the attachment "Technical parameters" it is necessary to enter the parameter specifying the product offered.

Stationary rehabilitation robots of lower limbs – a table for verticalization with a dynamic walking system, paediatric version

The subject of the order is the delivery of a stationary lower limb rehabilitation robot – a standing table with a dynamic walking system, paediatric version. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the appendix to the Terms of Reference, i.e. in the assortment and price specification and in the technical parameters.

The offered subject of the contract must:

• meet quality and technical standards resulting from the function and purpose,

• have valid documents allowing for marketing on the territory of the Republic of Poland in accordance with the regulations.

4. The Contractor undertakes to deliver and install the subject of the contract, complete, of a high standard, both in terms of quality and functionality, free from legal, material, construction and physical defects in accordance with the standards and applicable technical and operational requirements in force in the Republic of Poland or "equivalent" and technical parameters specified in the Technical Specification directly to the place indicated by Ordering Party, i.e.: St. John Paul II Upper Silesian Children's Health Center, Independent Public Clinical Hospital No. 6 of the Medical University of Silesia in Katowice at 16 Medyków Street, to the rooms indicated by the Head of the Infrastructure Department or a person authorized by him

5. Inspections: The Contractor undertakes to carry out mandatory warranty inspections: "Mandatory free warranty inspections (min. once a year or as recommended by the manufacturer). Inspections include wear items recommended to be replaced by the manufacturer at the time of the service.

6. The contractor shall undertake to provide training to staff.

The Contracting Authority informs that pursuant to Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority may cancel the procurement procedure if the public funds it intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract have not been awarded.

The Contracting Authority, the Upper Silesian Children's Health Centre, is applying for a grant from the Medical Fund (COMPETITION No. FM-STI.01.REHABILITACJA.ROBOTY.2023), from which the funds will be allocated to the implementation of this procedure.
