The purpose of this contract is the provision of the maintenance service of the BT facilities; Air conditioning and air renewal, heating, plumbing (including gas, hot and cold water and gas installations) of municipal buildings, both for regulatory-preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as for the replacement work of the facilities, motivated to improve performance and/or efficiency and extend their useful life.

Maintenance of low voltage, plumbing, heating and other installations described, described in the Technical Specifications, of sports equipment.

Maintenance of low-voltage, plumbing, heating and other installations described in the Technical Specifications of cultural facilities.

Maintenance of low voltage, plumbing, heating and other installations described in the Technical Specifications of educational facilities.

Maintenance of low voltage, plumbing, heating and other installations described in the Technical Specifications of equipment not classified in the previous lots.
