The purpose of the contract is to carry out cleaning services on the campus of the École des hautes études en santé publique located in Rennes.

The purpose of the contract is to carry out cleaning services on the EHESP campus in Rennes. Note that the campus is home to partner entities and that the maintenance of their premises is part of this contract.

These include:

— the University of Rennes I and Inserm (partially occupying the Irset Building);

— the University of Rennes II and the CNRS (partly occupying the Germaine Tillion building);

— presses of the EHESP, a subsidiary of the EHESP (housed in the building Germaine Tillion);

— the Rennes CHU and the biomedicine agency, Max Weber building.

The market comprises three categories of services themselves broken down into sectors as detailed in the CCTP:

— category 1: continuous maintenance of premises, residences and exteriors;

— Category 2: punctual and/or specific cleaning services;

— Category 3: cleaning services for glazing.
