The method of calculating the price of the purchase agreement is a fixed fee. The quantities of goods purchased are determined by specifying the maximum quantity of goods. The quantities of goods purchased during the performance of the contract, as well as the contract price that the contracting authority will have to pay to the supplier, depend on the actual orders, i.e. the quantities purchased may not exceed the maximum quantity of the goods and the contracting authority may redeem a smaller quantity.
