The subject of the contract is the service of cleaning separators on the storm water drainage network together with

waste disposal and disposal. Minimum amount of waste to be disposed of as part of the service

is specified in the Description of the Subject of the Order (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ) and constitutes the minimum scope

the contract that the Contractor should take into account when preparing the offer. The maximum amount of waste to be disposed of specified in Annex 2 to the Specification determines the right of option within the meaning of Article 441

PPL Act, reserved for the benefit of the Contracting Authority, which will be implemented under the conditions specified in

Model contract. The Ordering Party does not guarantee the execution of the order within the scope specified by the maximum quantity

waste for disposal.
