This contract concerns a framework agreement for the supply of medical power supplies, probe power supplies, ENFIT syringes and related materials and accessories.
The term of the framework agreement is three years and can be extended twice by one year.
The Entrepreneur delivers to each of the designated delivery locations.
Deliveries for all parcels (as applicable) must be made at the following delivery addresses and within the specified hour locks.

b) Regional Hospital Heilig Hart Leuven vzw: Central Warehouse
Consciencestraat, emergency entrance at 3000 Leuven
Warehouse open from 8:00am to 12:00pm;
c) Regional Hospital Sacred Heart Tienen vzw: St. -Jan
Houtemstraat 115 at 3300 Tienen;
d) General Hospital Sint-Maria vzw: Central [...] (see assignment documents).
