The contracting authorities, consisting of the municipality of Delfzijl, Appingedam and Loppersum (hereinafter: DAL municipalities), have been using flexworkers for years to carry out their work. This will also be the case in the coming years.

This tender concerns the hiring of flex workers up to and including scale 9. The functions in scale 10 and higher are explicitly excluded from this tender.

The DAL municipalities have decided to subdivide the contract into two lots. A parcel for regular deployment of office staff and a parcel aimed at field staff. The most important reason for this is the availability of specific functions for the field service and the quality of service within the 2 function groups.

The tenderer can submit a tender for 1 or both lots and the tenderer can be awarded 2 lots. 1 tenderer is contracted per lot.

This concerns the hiring of flex workers in the office up to and including scale 9. The functions scale 10 and higher are expressly excluded from this tender procedure.

This concerns the hiring of flexible field staff up to and including scale 7. The functions scale 10 and higher are expressly excluded from this tendering procedure.
