The Bavarian State Office for Health and Food Safety (LGL) is the central specialist authority of the Free State of Bavaria for food safety, health, veterinary and occupational safety / product safety.

The LGL is subordinate to the Bavarian State Ministry for the Environment and Consumer Protection (StMUV), the Bavarian State Ministry for Health and Care (StMGP) and the Bavarian State Ministry for Family, Labor and Social Affairs (stmas). The aim of this call for tenders is the procurement, installation, implementation, service and support of a VoIP telecommunications system including applications - VoIP telecommunications system or VoIP PBCs for short. The previous telecommunication systems, including all connected terminals or terminal device connections, are to be replaced by a modern voice over IP telecommunications system with connected applications that meets today's standards.

The aim of this call for tenders is the procurement, installation, implementation, service and support of a VoIP telecommunications system including applications - VoIP telecommunications system or VoIP PBCs for short.

The previous telecommunication systems, including all connected terminals or terminal device connections, are to be replaced by a modern voice over IP telecommunications system with connected applications that meets today's standards.

The contractor chooses an on-premise system architecture and solution approach for this purpose. The system is intended to combine a highly available on-premise enterprise VoIP solution with connected applications and value-added services to create a highly available and highly scalable platform in a complete system.

Service provision begins from the award and according to the further definition in the project contract (Appendix B1) and the service description (Appendix B2).
