1. The subject of the contract is the Equipment and modernization of access points in PFRON Branches.
2. Through the implementation of this order, the Contracting Authority intends to unify the infrastructure used by PFRON field branches. The purpose of this contract is also to provide the ICT services of the fund with additional tools enabling central monitoring and management of environmental parameters, access control and power supply to active devices.
1. The subject of the contract is the Equipment and modernization of access points in PFRON Branches.
2. Through the implementation of this order, the Contracting Authority intends to unify the infrastructure used by PFRON field branches. The purpose of this contract is also to provide the ICT services of the fund with additional tools enabling central monitoring and management of environmental parameters, access control and power supply to active devices.
3. The order includes the delivery of all required components, their assembly, configuration and adaptation works related to the replacement and unification of the passive infrastructure of network and server distribution points (PD) in PFRON branches (excluding the Mazowieckie branch). The Ordering Party requires that 19" RACK cabinets with the required accessories, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), dedicated air conditioning devices, environmental parameters control system, access control system, video surveillance system be delivered as part of the order. All supplied components must be managed centrally. A detailed description of the requirements for the scope of delivery and implementation for individual PFRON Branches has been included in the project documentation attached to this OPZ.
4. As part of the work carried out, the Contractor shall perform at least the following activities:
4.1. dismantle and install active elements installed in the currently operated Distribution Point. These activities will be performed under the direct supervision of the Ordering Party's employees or an external entity indicated by the Ordering Party,
4.2. dismantle the current passive infrastructure and, in accordance with the guidelines of the Ordering Party, dispose of it, in particular 19" RACK cabinets,
4.3. install and configure the passive infrastructure supplied by it,
4.4. configure the delivered ICT systems, in particular systems monitoring environmental parameters, access control, power monitoring and video surveillance systems,
4.5. train the Ordering Party's staff in the use of the above-mentioned ICT systems,
4.6. prepare and submit to the Ordering Party as-built and operational documentation
