Object of the procurement are object planning services (buildings and interiors) in accordance with service phase 8 (object monitoring) HOAI 2013 for the realization of the expansion of the central emergency department at Harburg Hospital. The contract should be executed in the period from 1.3.2019 until the completion of the construction project (planned 31.3.2020). It covers approximately 72.2% of the benefits of the benefit phase 8 according to § 34, Annex 10 HOAI 2013.
