With around 170 facilities and 67,000 employees, the Asklepios Group is a leading digital healthcare group in Germany. The aim of this call for proposals is to implement funding element 2: Patient portal (admission, treatment and discharge management) and integration of an IHE-compliant platform for all facilities of the Asklepios Group.

The aim of this call for proposals is to implement funding element 2: Patient portal (admission, treatment and discharge management) and integration of an IHE-compliant platform for all facilities of the Asklepios Group.

The procurement requirement consists of the following services:

• Conceptual and technical development of an interoperability platform and integration into the existing patient-guiding systems ORBIS, M-KIS as well as the medication management system MEONA as well as x.vianova and x.concept from Medatixx in the MVZs, Care-Bridge as software for discharge management and the appointment management system from Samedi.

• Development and integration of a portal for patients for closer involvement in the treatment process

• Ensuring interoperability of all existing systems

• The fulfillment of the requirement criteria of the service description and the bill of quantities, in particular the provision of MPI, Provider Directory, Consent Management, Document Registration, Data Repository, Identity Provider, Messenger Service and Content Management System.
