The complex measure expansion of Zschochersche Straße and Karl-Heine Straße takes place for Zschochersche Straße from the Adler traffic junction to Erich-Zeigner-Allee and for Karl-Heine Straße from Walter-Heinze-Straße to Kolbestraße. This includes the investigation into the transformation of all nodes along the two main roads as well as the Felsenkeller intersection.

The planning services are awarded in two lots:

Lot 1 — Property planning traffic systems road construction LP 1-6

Lot 2 — Property planning and technical equipment railway systems LP 1-6

Lot 2 is advertised with this contract notice.

The costs of rail systems are estimated at around 14.3 million euros. Preplanning for office circulation is to be delivered in April 2023 and the preliminary planning is to be completed by 15.12.2023.

It is intended to award the following planning and engineering services (performance level I):

- object planning traffic systems service phases 1+2 according to § 47 HOAI,

- planning of technical equipment service phases 1+2 according to § 55 HOAI and

- special achievements.
