The tender concerns the purchase and delivery of desktop and laptop computers as well as monitors and accessories, which are listed in Appendix 3 The offer list.
For a detailed description of the products and product groups offered, including the requirements the products must meet, please refer to section 8 Requirements Specification and Appendix 3 The Offer List as well as any corrections and answers to questions.
Delivery of the listed products will be made on the basis of the contract attached as Appendix 2 Draft Agreement. The contract sets out the obligations and rights that will apply between the parties in connection with the performance of the contract.

The contract shall not impose any obligation on the Contracting Entity to purchase a certain quantity of the products covered by the contract.
The total purchase volume for a 4-year period is expected to total DKK 32,000,000.
The expected turnover on the contract is calculated on the basis of previous activity/consumption and expected activity/consumption changes with the assumptions known at the time of the tender. The expected turnover is thus not binding on the Contracting Entity. The same applies to quantities specified in the offer list. The maximum purchase value is DKK 35,000,000.
The contract is expected to enter into force on 01.05.2023 and run until 30.04.2025, after which the Contracting Authority can extend the contract for 2 x 12 months. Thus, the maximum term of the contract is 4 years.
