The subject of the contract is the implementation of the task entitled "Calculation of the degree of exhaustion of the durability of materials of pipeline and chamber elements and development of a program for extending the service life of boilers No. 7 and No. 8 for PGE GiEK S.A. Rybnik Power Plant Branch"
The subject of the contract is the implementation of the task entitled "Calculation of the degree of exhaustion of the durability of materials of pipeline and chamber elements and development of a program for extending the service life of boilers No. 7 and No. 8 for PGE GiEK S.A. Rybnik Power Plant Branch"
The aim of the task is to meet the requirements of the law in the field of diagnostics of the fresh steam pipeline, the pipeline, the secondarily superheated steam, the communication pipelines connecting the chambers and to increase the safety of operation of the equipment installed in PGE GiEK S.A. Rybnik Power Plant Branch, and in particular to obtain approval of the facility by the Office of Technical Inspection for the next period of operation.
The other objectives are:
- meeting the requirements of the law and the Office of Technical Inspection,
- increasing the safety of service,
- obtaining permission from the Office of Technical Inspection (UDT) for further operation
- reducing the risk of failure,
- in case of changes, determination of the technical parameters of boilers and auxiliary equipment after the completion of the task

The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to ensure and guarantee that as part of the performance of the contract, neither the Contractor (including any of the Contractors jointly applying for the award of the Contract) nor any of its Subcontractors/Suppliers/Entities providing resources will violate the prohibitions on purchasing supplies specified in EU Regulation 833/2014, EU Regulation 765/2006 or in other legal acts in force in the Republic of Poland, services or works located in or originating in Belarus or Russia and prohibitions on the import or transport of products originating in or exported from Belarus or Russia.
To confirm the above requirement, the Contractor shall submit a relevant Statement contained in the Offer Form available in the PGE Group's Procurement System.
If the above requirement contained in this point is not met, the Contracting Authority shall reject the bid pursuant to Article 226(1)(4) of the Public Procurement Law.
