According to the latest cost estimate, the eligible costs are: EUR 4.44 million, net.
In the course of preliminary investigations, it became clear that there are currently no changes in use. However, despite good maintenance, the technical systems will reach the end of their technical service life in the foreseeable future. A corresponding renewal of the technical facilities will require fundamental conversion and modernization measures, which will most likely call into question the grandfathering.
The objectives of the present project are:
- ensuring personal protection in the event of a fire and
- the improvement of property protection in the event of fire, insofar as this makes technical and economic sense,
- without the above-mentioned fundamental conversions and modernizations and
- while respecting grandfathering.
