The purpose of this contract is to contract the service for the CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AND HEALTH AND SAFETY COORDINATION during the execution of the referenced works.
Given the special dedication required for this type of work, together with the scarcity of available personnel and resources, it is necessary to hire the Construction Management and Health and Safety Coordination which, through the continuous dedication of a multidisciplinary team (specialists in mechanical equipment, equipment, electrical, hydraulic works, quality control, environmental monitoring,
health and safety coordination...), which facilitates the successful completion of the works
projected.
Pursuant to article 62 of the LCSP, the Optional Director shall be appointed by the Contracting Authority and the Health and Safety Coordinator will be integrated into the team of the Optional Directorate, as stipulated in article 2 of RD 1627/1997.
