1.1.1. maintenance of green areas (ongoing maintenance of cleanliness and order in green areas, raking leaves, mowing lawns, cutting off turf at curbs, trimming hedges, shrub care),

1.1.2. maintaining cleanliness in paved areas and winter maintenance of sidewalks, squares, accesses, access roads and internal roads, disinfection of substrates in free-standing rubbish bins, replacement of contaminated sand in sandboxes,

1.1.3. maintaining cleanliness in the scope of ongoing cleaning of common rooms in multi-family residential buildings,

1.1.4. maintaining an active telephone number during the "WINTER ACTION",

2. Contract covered by the option right referred to in point 3 of Section III of the SWZ.

The subject of the contract is the implementation of maintenance services for green areas, paved areas and buildings owned by the Municipality of the City of Tychy, administered or maintained by the Municipal Board of Residential Buildings in Tychy, through its organizational units, i.e.: ROM No. I with its registered office in Tychy at 9c Arkadowa Street.
