supply of single-use medical devices, reusable instrumentation and dental products for the GHUC. The contract takes the form of a framework agreement with purchase orders within the meaning of the 2nd paragraph of Article R.2162-2 of the French Public Procurement Code, which is executed by issuing successive purchase orders under the conditions set out in Articles R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code. It is divided into 9 lots detailed in the catalogue of requirements annexed to the CCTP (free access on the https://www.marches-publics.gouv.fr website) and concluded without minimum but with a maximum. The maximum annual amount may not exceed 400% of the amount determined by the application of unit prices to the estimated quantities. For each of the beneficiary Institution Parties, the estimated annual quantities are specified in the Catalogue of Requirements (Annex 1 to the CCTP). For the initial period, the maximums will be set on a pro rata basis
