The work in the area of "civil engineering and earthworks" is to be carried out both on the stations, operating and sliding stations as well as the pipeline network of the client as well as outside the aforementioned locations.

The award will be made in four (4) lots:

Lot 1: Provision of services in accordance with procurement documents – Region North Lot 2: Provision of services in accordance with procurement documents – Region West Lot 3: Provision of services in accordance with procurement documents – Region South Lot 4: 24 hours of civil engineering readiness in accordance with Title 1.11.01 from the specifications in the entire pipeline network Candidates have the opportunity to apply for all lots (Lots 1 to 3). However, the contract per bidder shall be awarded to only one (1) lot. The allocation of the lots takes place in the form that the bidder has to indicate a first, second and third request (in the case of application for more than one lot), whereby the most economical offer is the first request and then the lot is awarded in descending order (if the lot from the first wish has already been awarded).

Lot 4 must be offered by each bidder from lots 1 to 3. The contract is awarded to the most economical tender according to the evaluation matrix, consequently the conclusion of one (1) framework contract for lot 4 is intended.

The client expects a 24-hour operational readiness from a contractor for the execution of civil engineering work in emergencies (line leakage or cable damage, etc.).

This "24-hour civil engineering readiness" includes the use of an excavator driver, a skilled worker and a small excavator (approx. 5 tons) with swivelling trench clearing bucket including transport option.

The Contractor guarantees that v.g. personnel with appropriate equipment within 2.5 hours after receipt of the emergency call start the building yard / operating location of the Client in the direction of the deployment site in order to carry out the necessary civil engineering work to carry out the measure to repair the damage.

According to the experience of recent years, about 3 emergency operations per year can be assumed. For the handling of these usually smaller measures, the AG provides the local supervisor (standby).

The billing of the 24-hour standby takes place as a monthly lump sum for the provision of the necessary emergency call readiness and provision of the personnel and equipment for deployment in the event of an emergency.
