The project includes a large-scale renovation of a property that has been emptied of residents in Olari, Espoo, at Globenkatu 3.
The project was completed in 1979. The object of repair work is 5 pcs of residential apartment buildings; 4 pcs lamella houses and one point house. The buildings have 3 + K-floors, the lamella houses have 2 staircases each, the main purpose of use
residential apartment building. The three residential floors of the buildings have a total of 77 apartments.
The common areas of the property include a gym, a club room, a teaching kitchen, commercial premises, a house laundry, a sauna department, a daycare centre's technical facilities, and storage facilities for apartments and outdoor equipment.
As ventilation, the building is equipped with mechanical exhaust. Current heating system

In the case of renovation in buildings, the facades are cleaned and
washable concrete façade surfaces are impregnating treated throughout. Plinth and entrance doors

and with its equipment will be renewed. Sheet metal prefabricated bathrooms in apartments (77 pcs.) will be dismantled
with light partitions, new light partitions will also be built in house saunas. Elevator towers will be added to the facades 4/5 of the buildings, as well as the roof of residential buildings and the canopies of the entrances will be renewed. The yards will be renewed.
