1. The subject of the contract is the insurance of the property of State Administration Units.
2. Detailed requirements regarding the subject of the contract are specified in the Detailed description of the subject of the contract, which is included in Annex 2 to the SWZ.
3. The detailed manner of implementation of the subject of the contract is specified in the Draft provisions of the contract, constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ.

5. The contracting authority provides for the award of contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the PPL up to 50% of the value of the basic contract. The scope of the contract will be property insurance covered by the basic contract, which will be awarded in accordance with the procedure carried out in accordance with Article 214(1)(7) of the PPL. The terms of the contract will be consistent with the conditions contained in the basic contract.
6. The Contracting Authority does not provide for an electronic auction referred to in Articles 227 to 238 of the PPL.
7. The contracting authority shall not allow the submission of variant bids within the meaning of Article 92(1) of the PPL.
8. The Contracting Party shall not permit submission of partial tenders.
9. The contracting authority does not provide for the conclusion of a framework agreement referred to in Articles 311 to 315 of the PPL.
10. The Contracting Authority does not provide for reimbursement of the costs of participation in the proceedings.
11. The Contracting Authority does not allow the submission of offers in the form of electronic catalogues or the attachment of electronic catalogues to the offer.
12. The Contractor joining the proceedings is obliged to pay a deposit in the amount of: PLN 250,000.00.
