Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council’s Learning and Development team, HR and OD Department, wishes to engage the services of competent persons/organisations to provide refresher training to Officers, new staff training, and assist with the learning and development of their employees. The Council is therefore seeking to appoint a framework of providers who can be called upon to run courses on a primarily face-to-face basis, at Council facilities across the Borough.
