Design, production, supply, installation and commissioning of a compression tensile testing machine
DGA Techniques aéronautiques (DGA TA) provides testing, evaluation and technical expertise services to meet the needs of the DGA's armament programs during the various phases (preparation, implementation and monitoring in operation) and upstream studies.
The objective of this contract is to design, build, deliver and commission a mechanical testing system comprising a tensile and compression testing machine with a maximum capacity of 3000kN, a controller and a PC with the software necessary to control the machine. This machine must consist of a mechanical frame, a crossbeam, a cylinder and a force cell. The system will have to be connected to the easements of the DGA TA site and it will have to be commissioned by the contract holder.
In the first position, the incumbent will be required to deliver a system design file detailing all the technological solutions that meet the requirements of DGA TA. In a second position, he will have to build, supply and commission the system on the DGA TA site.
