Maintenance, ongoing maintenance and data transmission from road telematics devices covers devices located on national roads, including expressways and motorways in the Malopolska Region.

The scope of the service includes devices located on national roads, including expressways and motorways in the Malopolska Region and includes:

(1) adaptation of existing traffic telematics equipment in terms of equipment;

(2) maintenance and ongoing maintenance of traffic telematics equipment;

3) repair work resulting from wear and tear of equipment during their operation;

4) emergency repairs resulting from fortuitous events;

5) data transmission from and to traffic telematics devices enabling control of devices through a dedicated web application;

6) providing, maintaining and administering an Internet application dedicated to operating traffic telematics devices, in which data obtained from traffic telematics devices will be presented and the possibility of remote control of devices will be ensured;

7) installation of the video wall at the Ordering Party's headquarters together with computer and network hardware and software for its operation;

8) delivery and assembly at the Ordering Party's headquarters of server and network devices on which the necessary software will be installed and all data, including archival data, will be stored;

9) transmission and presentation of images in real time from monitoring cameras on the video wall at the Ordering Party's headquarters and transmission and presentation of images in real time at the headquarters of 5 field units (Regions: Kraków, Nowy Sącz, Nowy Targ, Tarnów, Wadowice);

10) sharing images from surveillance cameras in the application on mobile devices with Android and iOS systems, if the provided monitoring software has an application for the above-mentioned systems;

11) delivery of 2 laptops (ultrabooks) with the operating system and monitoring software installed, on which full access to the Internet application and preview to video surveillance cameras will be provided;

12) maintenance of the Traffic Management System (ATS) on the S7s road section Szczepanowice-Widoma – maintenance and inspections in accordance with the maintenance manual, presentation of data in the web application and transmission and presentation of the image in real time from monitoring cameras on the video wall at the headquarters of the Ordering Party.
