The subject of the contract is the modernization of street lighting in the city of Hrubieszów.

The subject of the contract is the modernization of street lighting in the city of Hrubieszów, including:

1) preparation of technical documentation for the modernization of street lighting in the city of Hrubieszów;

2) delivery and replacement of street lighting fixtures with energy-saving LED luminaires – street luminaire approx. 1286pcs.;

3) delivery and replacement of park lighting fixtures with energy-saving LED luminaires – complete luminaire approx. 109 pcs.;

4) delivery and installation of architectural floodlights approx. 61 pcs;

5) replacement of timers approx. 95 pcs. with the possibility of their programming via Bluetooth;

6) replacement of selected booms for lighting fixtures on overhead power line poles along with replacement of cables in booms approx. 32 pcs.;

7) replacement of current terminals and overcurrent protection for lamps installed on overhead lines approx. 600 pcs.;

8) cleaning and protection with chlorinated rubber paint of steel columns requiring maintenance work color from the RAL palette approx. 53 pcs.;

9) delivery and commissioning of the street lighting management system, training of an employee of the Hrubieszów City Hall in the use of the system, handing over a tablet 1 pc. with installed applications required to control lighting;

10) activation of control in the form of programmed variable power profiles (5 profiles) (110 pcs.) lighting at passageways with the highest traffic;

11) checking the technical condition of the street lighting installation;

12) selection of luminaires with LED light sources in a way that guarantees the highest technical and functional parameters based on the minimum technical parameters defined in Annex 1 to the SWZ;

13) preparation of an executive design for the replacement of existing lamps with modernized lamps and a design of new network equipment including:

a) single-line diagram of lighting circuits in the range of transformer station with marked luminaires. The type and strength of the luminaires should be specified in the diagram;

(b) calculations of luminaire power of lighting circuits;

(c) calculations for the selection of protection of lighting circuits;

d) as-built schematic diagram of the lighting cabinet;

e) reports of measurements of wire and cable resistance, earth resistance;

f) protocols of measurements of the installed power of the upgraded circuits together with measurements of the power factor COS φ;

(g) photometric measurement protocols for modernised selected road sections;

(h) declarations of conformity to the applicable standards of the materials used;

18) positioning of all new luminaires individually with the use of devices allowing to indicate the maximum luminaire luminaire in the area of the road axis and preparation of a calibration report;

19) implementation of technical conditions issued by PGE Dystrybucja S.A. Tomaszów Lubelski Energy Region in the field of street lighting control systems in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ;

20) implementation of technical conditions issued by the Conservator of Monuments specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ;

21) disposal of materials from dismantling owned by the Municipality, the Investor reserves the right to indicate any number of dismantled lighting fixtures to be transferred to the Investor's warehouse;

22) dismantled materials owned by PGE Dystrybucja S.A. should be handed over in an undamaged condition to the RE Tomaszów Lubelski warehouse;

23) preparation of as-built documentation, including geoinformatic inventory integrated with maps supported by the control system;

24) delivery of dedicated software enabling management and monitoring of the condition of lighting infrastructure, the minimum requirements of which are defined in point 2.3 of the OPZ

25) implementation of temporary traffic organization projects with its temporary introduction;

26) The costs related to admission to work on devices on the assets of PGE Dystrybucja S.A. shall be borne by the Execution;
