The purpose of this consultation is to entrust to a delegate, within the framework of a public service delegation in the form of leasing, for a period of 5 years, the operation and management of the sewerage networks, the sewage treatment plant and lifting stations present in the municipalities of Saint Jean de la Porte and Saint Pierre d'Albigny, with a investment estimated at 175,000 euros (excl. VAT) .This public service includes 2,426 subscribers, a fee base of 200,860 m3, 7 lift stations, 43 km of off-line network linears.For information purposes, the consultation includes a basic offer and a mandatory variant.In the variant offer, the Collectivity will bear the billing to the users and will pay back to the Delegate his share, in return for the obligations and charges incumbent on him in execution of the contract
