During the implementation of the subject of the contract, in addition to the provisions of law in force in the Republic of Poland, the Contractor will be obliged to apply and comply with the obligations and principles resulting from the following documents: - "Principles of forest breeding" - introduced by Order No. 53 of the General Director of the State Forests of November 21, 2011, - "Forest Protection Instruction" - introduced by Order No. 57 of the General Director of State Forests of November 22, 2011, - "Occupational health and safety instruction in the performance of basic works in the field of forest management" - introduced by Order No. 36 of the General Director of the State Forests of April 20, 2012, - "Forest Fire Protection Instruction" - introduced by Order No. 81 of the General Director of the State Forests of December 23, 2019, - Order No. 40 of the General Director of the State Forests of October 6, 2011 on the introduction of a framework list of works performed by at least two people (zn. spr. GB-021-2/2011), - Order No. 66 of the Director General of the State Forests of 7 November 2019 on the introduction of guidelines under the name "Forest Use Rules" in organizational units of the State Forests (mark: ZM.7603.13.2019), - Principles, criteria and standards of sustainable forest management FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) and PEFC Council (Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification Schemes). The Contractor will be obliged to comply with the technical conditions for wood raw material in accordance with Regulation No. 51 of the General Director of the State Forests of 30 September 2019 on the introduction of technical conditions used in the trade of wood raw material in the State Forest Holding State Forests. The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the total quantities of works on forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood, nursery, seed production, maintenance of tourist and educational infrastructure, other works related to forest management and meadow and agricultural management resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ, which consists of: Annex No. 2.1. – planned size of works; Appendix No. 2.2. - detailed size of works by groups of activities, activities and locations; Appendix No. 2.3.1. – characteristics of forestry in the field of timber harvesting; Appendix No. 2.3.2. – assortment system of timber harvesting in forestry; Attachment No. 2.3.3. – a list of distances and conditions of harvesting wood; Appendix No. 2.3.4. – list of items with additional difficulties in the field of harvesting and skidding; Appendix No. 2.3.5. – list of items not made available for machine acquisition; Appendix No. 2.3.6. – information on the optimal technology of obtaining wood (potential); Appendix No. 2.4.1. - information on the nature of forest care (zones for mowing weeds); Attachment No. 2.4.2. - a list of items not available for renewal with the help of a planter; The material scopes listed in the annexes included in Annex 2 are estimates.
