1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services related to the collection and development of municipal waste produced by the owners of the property from the Ordering Party.

2. The subject of the contract includes:

2.1. the collection of municipal waste from all inhabited properties and real estate on which the holiday cottage is located, as well as other real estate used for recreational and leisure purposes located in the Wartkowice municipality,

2.2. receiving selectively collected municipal waste at the selective collection point (hereinafter referred to as PSZOK) and from the designated collective collection sites set out in Annex No 7 to the SWZ.

1. The subject of the order includes the following services:

1.1. collection and management of any quantity of non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste, code: 20 03 01;

1.2. collection and management of any quantity of municipal waste selectively collected, including paper and paperboard, metals, plastics, multimaterial packaging, mixed packaging, glass, bio-waste constituting municipal waste, coded 15 01 01, 20 01 01, 15 01 04, 20 01 40, 15 01 02, 20 01 39, 15 01 05, 15 01 06, 15 01 07, 20 02 01 and collection and management of any quantity of municipal waste selectively collected from pharmacies, schools, designated collection sites, which include: medicines, batteries, glass, plastic of codes: 20 01 32, 20 01 34, 15 01 07, 15 01 02;

1.3. collection and management of any quantity of municipal waste selectively collected not listed in point 3.2, which includes: furniture and other bulky waste, waste tyres and waste electrical and electronic equipment of codes: 20 03 07, 16 01 03, 20 01 35, 20 01 36;

1.4. collection and management from PSZOK of any quantity of municipal waste selectively collected, which includes: paper and paperboard, metals, plastics, glass, multimaterial packaging, bio-waste constituting municipal waste, of codes: 15 01 01, 20 01 01, 15 01 04, 20 01 04, 20 01 40, 15 01 02, 20 01 39, 15 01 07, 15 01 06, 15 01 05, 20 02 01; hazardous wastes — 20 01 21, 20 01 28, 20 01 23; expired drugs - 20 01 32, chemicals - 20 01 80; waste ineligible for household medical waste from the intake of medicinal products in injection form and monitoring of blood levels of substances in particular needles and syringes — 20 01 99, used batteries and accumulators - 20 01 34; used electrical and electronic equipment with codes: 20 01 35, 20 01 36; bulky waste — 20 03 07; used tyres 16 01 03, waste construction — 17 01 07, 17 09 04 and textiles and clothing — 20 01 10, 20 01 11;

1.5. equipment of real estate, as indicated in point 2.1 of this chapter, with a set of containers and bags for collecting municipal waste and collection of containers after completion of the subject of the contract;

1.6. development and delivery to the Contracting Authority and the owners of real estate indicated

in point 2.1 of this Chapter, the schedule for the collection of municipal waste;

1.7. keeping records and documentation related to the collection and management of municipal waste;

1.8. possession during the entire period of implementation of the contract liability insurance of the entrepreneur for business activities related to the subject of the contract for the amount of at least 1000000 PLN (in words: one million zlotys).

2. The estimated total amount of municipal waste that can be received and managed during the duration of the order is approximately 1406.55 Mg.
