The subject of the contract includes the award of a public contract entitled Launch of e-services, purchase of the necessary IT infrastructure and intangible assets under the project entitled "Digital Biskupiec - increasing residents' access to high-quality electronic public services" co-financed by the regional operational program of the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship for the years 2014-2020. The order includes:

lot 1 - modernization, delivery and implementation of IT systems as well as launching public e-services with the supply of necessary equipment;

lot 2 - supply of computer hardware and software.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract together with the minimum requirements is presented in Annex 1 to the ToR.

Modernization, delivery and implementation of IT systems and launch of public e-services along with the supply of the necessary equipment:

a) purchase of a license of the central e-services platform of a resident;

b) implementation of the central e-services platform of the resident;

c) modernizing the domain system;

d) purchase of an electronic document circulation system license;

e) implementation of an electronic document circulation system;

f) development and implementation of e-services on the ePUAP platform - 5PD;

g) development and implementation of e-services on the ePUAP platform - 3PD;

h) purchase of a spatial information system license;

i) implementing the spatial information system;

j) digitizing resources;

k) developing an API for spatial information;

l) development and implementation of e-services on the ePUAP - 5PD platform in the field of spatial information system;

m) purchase of e-recruitment system licenses;

n) implementing the e-recruitment system;

o) development and implementation of e-service - 5PD in the field of e-recruitment services;

p) purchase of an e-order system license;

q) implementing the e-procurement system;

r) development and implementation of an e-service - 5PD in the field of e-procurement;

s) server room equipment - purchase of a server cluster - 1 item;

t) server room equipment - purchase of NAS array - 1 item;

u) server room equipment - purchase of UPS - 1 item;

v) server room equipment - purchase of a network switch - 1 item;

w) server room equipment - purchase of UTM device - 1 item

Supply of computer hardware and software:

a) furnishing of work stations - purchase of a computer set - 5 items;

b) office equipment - purchase of a scanner - 1 item

The supply of the above IT equipment includes its delivery, installation and configuration.
