The subject of the contract is the supply of UAVs for the purposes of test work on the DTM Autonomia System divided into parts.

1.1. Contents of one UAV set:

1.1.1. One (1) unit of UAV being a quadrocopter

1.1.2. One (1) unit — control apparatus with screen for displaying the image and flight parameters

1.1.3. One (1) piece – automatic gimbal (combined with UAV or installed separately).

1.1.4. One (1) piece – camera.

1.1.5. Three (3) pieces of batteries.

1.1.6. One (1) piece of primary charger (if it provides charging of the control apparatus and batteries).

1.1.7. One (1) piece additional charger (HUB) providing simultaneous charging of 3 batteries.

1.1.8. A set of power cables for the charger and for the UAV and any other, if required for use.

1.1.9. Three (3) sets of propellers (a set of propellers is a set of 4 propellers)

1.1.10. Two (2) micro SD cards with a capacity of at least 64GB and a recording class of at least U3

1.1.11. Container or transport bag for the basic UAV set capable of transporting at least two spare batteries simultaneously with the UAV. It is to provide protection against weather conditions and fall of equipment.

2.1. Content of one UAV set:

2.1.1. One (1) unit of UAV being a quadrocopter

2.1.2. One (1) piece – control apparatus with screen for displaying the image and flight parameters :screen brightness minimum 1000 nits

2.1.3. One (1) piece – automatic gimbal (combined with UAV or installed separately).

2.1.4. One (3) pieces – a camera, mounted on a common gimbal.

2.1.5. Ten (10) pieces of batteries.

2.1.6. One (1) primary charger (if it provides charging of the control apparatus and batteries).

2.1.7. One (1) piece additional charger (HUB) providing simultaneous charging of 3 batteries.

2.1.8. A set of power cables for the charger and for the UAV and any other, if required for use.

2.1.9. Five (5) sets of propellers (at least 20 propellers).

2.1.10. Two (2) pieces of micro SD cards with a capacity of at least 128GB and a recording class of at least U3.

2.1.11. Hard micro SD card holder with a minimum of 4 cards.

2.1.12. Set of ND Filters in a hard package consisting of a network of at least: ND8, ND16, ND32, ND64, CPL, UV

2.1.13. Rigid transport box for the basic UAV set with the possibility of transporting at least six spare batteries simultaneously with the UAV. It is to provide protection against weather conditions and the fall of equipment.

2.1.14. The Ordering Party requires that all manufacturer's documentation related to the operation and equipment of the subject of the order be attached to the sets.

2.1.15. If the subject of the contract requires the granting of a license for full usability, the Ordering Party requires that it be granted within the contract price and without time and territorial restrictions.

The subject of the Delivery are three (3) sets of Aircraft consisting of an aircraft, a maintenance kit, a set of spare parts; three (3) sets of parts and a set of tools:

3.1.1. One (1) single-engine UAV

3.1.2. One (1) Maintenance kit consisting of:

3.1.2.1. Two (2) control devices

3.1.2.2. One (1) receiver compatible with the control apparatus

3.1.2.3. four (4) batteries for control apparatus

3.1.2.4. One (1) loader kit

3.1.2.5. Four (4) UAV batteries

3.1.3. One (1) spare parts kit consisting of at least:

3.1.3.1. Two (2) sets of followers for control surfaces; the set is considered to be one set of all pushers used on the UAV

3.1.3.2. Two (2) sets of control area levers; By set is considered one set of all pushers

3.1.3.3. Two (2) sets of T-bar serves; two for each type of servo used in the BSP If it has different types; A set is considered to be all parts appearing in the servo bar

3.1.3.4. Two (2) servos for each type used on the UAV

3.1.3.5. One (1) propulsion engine

3.1.3.6. One (1) regulator (ESC)

3.1.3.7. One (1 ) BEC (if present separately on the BSP

3.1.3.8. Five (5) spare propellers complying with the UAV in paragraph 3.1.1.

3.1.3.9. One (1) spare UAV compliant hub in paragraph 3.1.1.

3.1.3.10. Two (2) chassis sets (if fitted on a BSP); A set of chassis is understood as all elements contained in it

3.1.3.11. Two (2) packs of 20 g CA thin glue

3.1.3.12. Two (2) packages of 20 g dense CA adhesive

3.1.3.13. Two (2) packages of 200ml Ca adhesive accelerator spray

3.1.4. Three (3) sets of parts meeting the requirements of paragraph 3.5 of OPZ

3.1.5. One (1) toolbox meeting the requirements of paragraph 3.6 of OPZ

4.1. Contents of one UAV set:

4.1.1. One (1) CPW being a quadrocopter

4.1.2. Two (2) units – control gear with screen for displaying image and flight parameters: minimum screen brightness 1200cd/mm2

4.1.3. One (1) piece – automatic gimbal (combined with UAV or installed separately).

4.1.4. Two (2) pieces – a camera, mounted on a common gimbal.

4.1.5. One (1) Piece – laser rangefinder, mounted on a common gimbal

4.1.6. Eight (8) units of UAV batteries.

4.1.7. Four (4) pieces of additional batteries for control apparatus)

4.1.8. One (1) piece of primary charger (provided that it provides charging of the control apparatus and batteries).

4.1.9. A set of power cables for the charger and for the UAV and any other, if required for use.

4.1.10. Five (5) sets of propellers (at least 20 propellers).

4.1.11. Five (5) micro SD cards with a capacity of at least 256GB and a recording class of at least U3

4.1.12. A transport container for micro SD Cards holding at least 6 Cards and protecting them against weather conditions.

4.1.13. Ten (10) portable SSDs with a capacity of at least 1900GB, IP55 immunity rating, maximum read and write speed of at least 1000MB/s and USB C connector

4.1.14. Transport box for UAVs with the possibility of transporting at least four spare batteries simultaneously from the UAV and two pieces of control equipment.

4.1.15. Transport backpack enabling transport of UAVs, two apparatus and a minimum of 6 batteries

4.1.16. The Ordering Party requires that all manufacturer's documentation related to the operation and equipment of the subject of the order be attached to the sets.

4.1.17. If a license for full usability is required for the subject of the contract, the Ordering Party requires that it be granted within the contract price and without time and territorial restrictions.

5.1. Delivery to the Ordering Party of one set of UAVs together with a UAV control station for the purpose of testing the DTM Autonomia system in accordance with the requirements described in points 5.7.1 and 5.7.2 OPZ

5.2. Providing the Ordering Party with two training UAV sets having the same functions as the UAV set from point 5.1. in accordance with the requirements described in point 5.7.3 OPZ

5.3. Providing the Ordering Party with a set of spare parts for sets from points 5.1 and 5.2 in accordance with the requirements described in point 5.7.4. OPZ

5.4. Delivery to the Ordering Party of maintenance kits for sets from point 5.1 and point 5.2 in accordance with the requirements described in point 5.7.5 OPZ

5.5. Conducting training of pilots in the operation and flight of UAVs from the sets of points 5.1 and 5.2 in accordance with the requirements described in paragraph 5.7.6 OPZ

5.6. Conduct instructor training for sets in points 5.1 and 5.2 complying with the requirements of paragraph 5.7.7 OPZ
