The Contractor must also have at its disposal at least 1 person who has completed training in the field of work with chemical agents in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development of 08.05.2013 on training in working with chemical agents (D.U. of 2013, item 554) or having the corresponding authorizations issued on the basis of the U.S. previously applicable regulations that entitle you to work in contact with plant protection products.

The Contractor must have an amount (or creditworthiness) of at least PLN 5,000; will also demonstrate the performance of forest services in the last 3 years for the amount of not less than PLN 10,000 gross.

The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672) covering works in the field of hunting management to be carried out in the Borki Forest District in 2023. The Contractor must have an amount (or creditworthiness) of at least PLN 5,000; will also demonstrate the performance of forest services in the last 3 years for the amount of not less than PLN 10,000 gross.
